Our Atelier & Delivery Area

Devegyaas is an artisanal bakery based in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

Delivery Coverage

Orders are accepted for delivery only to addresses within our designated service areas in Gurugram. Availability depends on the delivery address and the service coverage in place when the order is placed.

We do not currently offer delivery to Delhi, Noida, or other areas outside our designated Gurugram service zone.

If an order is accepted for an address that we subsequently determine cannot be serviced, we will contact the customer to arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where the order cannot be fulfilled.

Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance if a technical error, payment issue, product unavailability, or delivery limitation prevents fulfilment. Where an order cannot be fulfilled after payment has been collected, the customer will be informed and an appropriate refund arranged.

Handcrafted Creations & Natural Variations

Every creation is prepared with attention to its ingredients, texture, flavour, and finish. Our products are made in small batches rather than manufactured on an industrial scale.

Because of this process, slight variations in appearance, colour, shape, chocolate distribution, and cheesecake surface may occur between individual orders.

Product photographs are intended to represent the style and presentation of our creations. The final product may differ slightly due to the nature of handcrafted baking, ingredient variations, seasonal availability, and the conditions of photography.

Such natural variations do not necessarily indicate a product defect. However, if an item arrives damaged or differs materially from what was ordered, please contact us so the concern can be assessed.

Ingredients & Availability

Ingredients and product availability may vary according to season, sourcing, and production requirements. Any material change affecting a confirmed order will be communicated to the customer, with an appropriate resolution offered where necessary.

Specific ingredient or sourcing claims displayed on the website apply only where those ingredients are actually used in the relevant product.

Allergens & Dietary Information

Food safety is an important part of our preparation process. However, customers should be aware of the ingredients handled in our kitchen before placing an order.

Our products and preparation environment may involve allergens, including:

• Wheat and gluten
• Milk and other dairy ingredients
• Tree nuts, including almonds, pistachios, walnuts, and hazelnuts
• Soy-derived ingredients
• Eggs and other ingredients, depending on the product

Additional allergens may be present in individual products. Please refer to the relevant product information or contact us before ordering if you need clarification about ingredients.

Egg-Free & Vegetarian Options

Where a product is described as egg-free or vegetarian, that description refers to its intended ingredients and preparation. It should not be interpreted as a guarantee that the product is free from all allergens or cross-contact.

Our kitchen handles multiple ingredients, and unintended cross-contact may occur. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of allergens unless this has been specifically verified and communicated.

Customers with food allergies, intolerances, or medically necessary dietary restrictions should contact us before placing an order. Anyone with a severe or life-threatening allergy should assess the available information carefully and avoid ordering if the product cannot be confirmed as suitable.

Orders, Payments & Pricing

Placing an Order

Please review your product selection, quantity, customisation instructions, delivery address, and preferred delivery date before completing checkout.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information. Errors may affect preparation, communication, or successful delivery.

Orders are subject to product availability, delivery coverage, and successful payment where prepayment is required.

Prices & Currency

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Any applicable taxes and delivery charges will be disclosed at checkout before payment.

A minimum order value of ₹600 applies to eligible doorstep deliveries, subject to the requirements displayed at checkout.

Payment Processing

Payment must be completed through the payment methods offered at checkout. These may include UPI, credit or debit cards, net banking, and other supported methods.

Payments are processed through the payment provider identified at checkout, such as Razorpay. Payment confirmation is subject to the provider's transaction status.

Price Changes

Prices, product descriptions, and availability may be updated from time to time. Changes will not alter the agreed price of an already confirmed order unless the customer agrees to a change or the law requires otherwise.

If a pricing or listing error materially affects an order, we will contact the customer to resolve the issue before proceeding where possible.

Pre-orders, Cancellations & Modifications

Thoughtfully Baked, Never Rushed

Our creations are prepared according to scheduled delivery dates. Please place orders at least 48 hours before your preferred delivery date to allow sufficient time for preparation and baking.

Changes to an Order

If you need to modify an order, including its delivery date, quantity, or customisation, contact us at hello@devegyaas.com as early as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, subject to ingredient availability, production scheduling, and the stage of preparation.

Changes cannot be guaranteed once preparation has begun.

Cancellations

Because our products are perishable and prepared to order, cancellation options may depend on how far along the order is in the preparation process.

Please contact the atelier as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. Any applicable cancellation terms will be communicated before the order is confirmed or otherwise made available to the customer.

Where a cancellation is accepted, any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method or through another lawful method agreed with the customer.

Nothing in this policy removes rights or remedies that customers are entitled to under applicable law.

Delivery Issues, Damaged Orders & Refunds

We take care when preparing and packing each order. If something goes wrong during delivery, please let us know so we can review the issue.

Reporting a Concern

If your order arrives damaged, an item is missing, or the product appears materially different from what was ordered, contact us as soon as reasonably possible. We recommend reporting visible delivery damage within two hours of receipt to help us investigate promptly.

• A description of the issue
• Photographs of the product and packaging, where relevant

Resolution

After reviewing the details, we will communicate an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances. This may include a replacement, refund, or another suitable remedy.

Where a refund is approved, the processing time may depend on the payment provider and the original payment method.

The reporting period above helps us investigate delivery issues; it does not exclude any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Delivery Attempts

Please ensure that the recipient or an authorised representative is available at the delivery address during the expected delivery window.

If delivery cannot be completed because of an inaccurate address, unavailable recipient, or inaccessible delivery location, we will contact the customer where reasonably possible to discuss the next steps. Any additional delivery charges will be communicated before a further attempt is arranged.

Intellectual Property

All original content on devegyaas.com, including the Devegyaas name and logo, written copy, original photography, graphic elements, website design, and other brand materials, is owned by Devegyaas or used with permission from the relevant rights holder.

You may browse the website and use it for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially exploit protected content without prior permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

Product images and descriptions may not be used to misrepresent an affiliation with Devegyaas or imply an endorsement that has not been granted.

Website Use & Availability

We aim to keep the website accurate, accessible, and functional. However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues, payment-provider outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

If a technical error affects an order or payment, please contact us so the issue can be investigated and an appropriate resolution arranged.

Limitation of Liability

Devegyaas will take reasonable care in preparing orders, communicating product information, and arranging delivery.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including applicable consumer-protection requirements.

To the extent permitted by law, Devegyaas is not responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including certain third-party service interruptions or delivery disruptions. This does not remove any rights a customer may have in relation to an order that has not been fulfilled as agreed.

Customers should follow the storage and handling instructions provided with perishable products after delivery. We cannot guarantee product quality where appropriate storage instructions have not been followed after handover.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

If a concern arises regarding an order or the use of the website, we encourage customers to contact the atelier first so that the issue can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved directly.

Any legal proceedings will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts competent under applicable law. Nothing in these terms is intended to restrict a consumer's statutory rights or access to a forum that is legally available to them.

Updates to These Terms

These terms may be revised when our services, website features, ordering processes, or legal obligations change.

The latest version will be published on this page with its updated revision date. Changes will apply prospectively, subject to applicable law and any terms agreed for existing orders.
