Current delivery areas include:

• DLF Phases I–V
• Golf Course Road and Golf Course Extension Road
• Cyber City and MG Road
• Sushant Lok and South City
• Sohna Road and Badshahpur
• Palam Vihar and selected areas of New Gurugram

Delivery availability is limited to designated service areas within Gurugram. Deliveries to Delhi, Noida, and other parts of the NCR are not currently available.

Pre-orders & Baking Schedule

Thoughtfully Baked, Never Rushed

Good baking takes time. Each order is planned around its chosen delivery date, allowing the atelier to give every creation the preparation and attention it deserves.

• 48 Hours of Preparation: Please place your order at least 48 hours before your preferred delivery date. This allows sufficient time for preparation, baking, finishing, and packaging.
• Choose Your Date: Select an available delivery date at checkout, up to 60 days in advance. Whether it's a birthday, an anniversary, a gathering, or a gifting occasion, a little planning helps everything come together beautifully.
• Prepared for the Journey: Each creation is finished and packed with care before being handed over for delivery. Packaging is selected according to the nature of the order to help protect its quality and presentation.
• Order Updates: Order confirmations and dispatch updates are shared through the contact details provided at checkout, where available.

Delivery Charges

The Details, Made Simple

• Minimum Order Value: A minimum order value of ₹600 applies to doorstep deliveries.
• Standard Delivery: A flat delivery fee of ₹40 applies to eligible orders.
• Complimentary Delivery: Orders above ₹2,000 qualify for complimentary delivery within the serviceable area.

The applicable delivery fee and minimum order requirements will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Packaging & Transit Care

Beautifully Packed, Carefully Delivered

The experience begins before the first bite. Each order is packed with care in presentation packaging designed to protect the bake and preserve its appearance throughout the journey.

Delicate creations, including cheesecakes and other temperature-sensitive desserts, require additional care during transit. Appropriate protective packaging is used according to the product's requirements.

Once your order arrives, please follow the storage and refrigeration instructions provided with your bake to maintain its intended texture, flavour, and quality.

Delivery & Handover

A Little Help at the Door

To ensure a smooth handover, please make sure that the recipient or an authorised representative is available at the delivery address during the expected delivery window.

When placing your order, please provide:

• A complete and accurate delivery address
• A reachable mobile number
• Any relevant building, security, or gate instructions

For the protection of your order, delivery partners may be unable to leave perishable creations unattended at building entrances or other unsecured locations.

If delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable or the address details are incorrect, additional charges may apply for a subsequent delivery attempt.

Damaged Orders & Delivery Concerns

Every Detail Matters

Each order is handled with care. If your creation arrives damaged or there is an issue with its condition upon delivery, please contact the atelier within 2 hours of receipt.

• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the product and its packaging, where relevant

Every concern will be reviewed individually. Where an issue is verified, an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund, will be communicated in accordance with the applicable refund policy.
