I was seven when I baked my first batch of cookies. I had no idea what I was doing, but I knew one thing: making people happy with something I’d baked felt pretty special.
Years later, after training in India's leading five-star pastry kitchens, I’ve traded childhood guesswork for a serious obsession with the little things. The perfect crumb, the good butter, that one last tweak nobody asked for but I simply had to make.
